Things have been so busy lately I’ve hardly had any time to post! BUT, here’s the trailer for It Comes At Night, a movie I’m really excited about that comes out this Friday, June 9:

And also, we have the new trailer for The Drifter from director Craig Calamis. It’s being released by Terror Films this Tuesday, June 6, across a number of different digital platforms in a number of countries as part of a Worldwide Release model they have, which is pretty cool. Here’s the trailer:

The-Drifter-Craig-Calamis-Movie-Poster“The story follows a uniquely troubled man who finds himself on a downward spiral induced by painful memories of his dark and distant past. Taking refuge from his long days and nights of driving aimlessly on the open highway, he stops off in a small town, where he happens to cross paths with an old acquaintance. This acquaintance becomes dangerously intrigued and determined to discover the skeletons hiding in the drifter’s past.”

So, you’ll be able to find this movie if you live in  the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Ireland, the U.K. and Pan-Russia. It’ll be available on a variety of platforms, including iTunes, Amazon Instant, Google Play/You Tube, Sony PSN, X-Box, Vudu, Steam, Vimeo On Demand, Roku (Free Flix Tonight, 24 Hour Movie Channel, Free Grindhouse Flix Tonight), I Bleed Indie and Tubi TV, and iFlix. They’ve also included a clip for you to check out:

I'm a regular contributing writer to this website. I got into horror movies through the sci-fi monster films I watched with my dad as a kid (ex. Aliens) and the extreme amounts of zombie movies I spent a good portion of my college career watching. I absolutely love zombies (obviously), am a sucker for a low budget (or any) monster movie, and adore horror-comedy films. Frankenstein by Mary Shelley is one of my favorite books, and I'm still waiting for an actually decent film adaptation to bring that fantastic novel to life. Outside of my life as a horror fan, I'm a writer and editor with dreams of turning my screenplays into movies and a love of wine and murder mysteries.
