Joel Robinson Takes Part in Italian Week…And You Benefit From It!

Joel Robinson Takes Part in Italian Week…And You Benefit From It!

By now, you know who Joel Robinson is.  He’s been featured on our site before, but his artwork is what you’d recognize.  Whether on the cover of HorrorHound Magazine or at one of many conventions he hits, Joel’s work is instantly recognizable…and that’s why we love him!

Knowing that Italian Week was coming, The Blood Sprayer reached out to Joel about giving away some of his Italian film-inspired work.  He obliged with not 1, but 4 prints of his!!!  Take a look at these beauties:

cannibalholocaust

First, we have Ruggero Deodato’s cannibal classic memorialized in beautiful colors that will highlight each moment that made you squirm…

demons

Next on the plate, the Bava-directed, Argento-produced modern classic.  Demons has it all…

housebythecemetery

Dr. Freudstein, that weird little kid, Fulci and buckets of gore.  This one is near and dear to my heart  (I proudly rock this image via one of his shirts!)…

suspiria

Argento’s most well-known film is bright and vivid with color.  Somehow, this print not only captures the film’s spirit, but also has a refreshing modern take on this classic…

Now, on to the part we’re all wondering:  How do I get these prints?  Well, it’s simple.  You answer a trivia question by leaving a comment on this post and you’ll be entered into the drawing.  Along with your answer, include your email address you will be easiest to contact through and your name.  This is the best way to ensure we can get your winnings to you quickly.  With that being said, here’s the question…

Trivia Question:  German metal legends Scorpions are on the soundtrack to “Demons”.  What was the LAST Scorpions album that guitarist Uli John Roth appeared on?

Have fun!!!

I'm the founder of this here site and a contributing writer. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the foundation of who I am as a horror lover but sleaze, exploitation, Italian film, and erotica from the golden age are my areas most widely researched. This is done with a great amount of vigor. When not assaulting my mind with film, I'm with my beautiful family or cheering on my beloved Baltimore Orioles.
